I think I am talking for a large amount of upset and angry customers.i booked a holiday in TUI store for Turkey in july.but as you all know we went into to lockdown in march including shops.in had taken me from march to 27 may to get hold of anyone from TUI travel.i got change my dates from July to august.the last contact I had with TUI travel was June 7..I still not heard from them.so I am still waiting to hear if my holiday is going ahead.i think this is very unprofessional.tui travel director emailed my MP to say that everything is ok now they have been InTouch with me.this is untrue.i am really upset.will I hear from TUI.stay tuned.or watch on YouTube.thanks TUI.maybe maybe not be going on holiday.
